Terms of Service

1. Who we are & acceptance

This contract is between you and A & L Marketing LTD, trading as CompleteEditor. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

CompleteEditor provides browser-based PDF and image editing, file conversion, and an AI document assistant. We offer both free and Pro subscription plans (€9 per month).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, fraud, or spam. You must not infringe on intellectual property rights or interfere with the security of the service. You are responsible for the content you process and must have the rights to it. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate and should be verified.

4. Intellectual property

A & L Marketing LTD owns the service, software, and branding. You retain all rights to your own documents. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service within your plan. Reverse engineering, resale, or circumvention is prohibited.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Payments, billing, taxes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms).

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

6. Service level

The service is provided 'as is' without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free performance. Implied warranties are disclaimed to the extent permitted by law.

7. Liability

Our liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, except where required by law.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches, non-payment, or security risks. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
