Your documents

PDFs and images you open are processed inside your browser. They are not uploaded to us and we cannot see them. The optional AI assistant sends only the text you ask about to our AI provider.

Your card

Card details are entered directly into Stripe, our payment processor. We never receive or store a card number. We keep only Stripe's references plus the brand, last four digits and expiry date so you can recognise your card.

Trial fairness checks

To keep one free trial per person we store one-way fingerprints, never the raw values: a hashed network address, a random device identifier held in a cookie, a hashed email and Stripe's own card fingerprint. We cannot reverse these back into your address, email or card.

• Network signals are anonymised after 90 days.
• Device identifiers are anonymised after 180 days.
• Trial and billing records are kept while your account exists, for accounting purposes.

Your choices

You can remove your card, cancel your subscription and request deletion of your account at any time from your dashboard. To request an export or deletion of your data, email admin@completeeditor.com.
