- Does editing change the original PDF quality?
- No. Your file stays the source document and edits are added to it, so text remains selectable and file size stays small.
- Is my document uploaded to a server?
- Rendering, editing and exporting happen locally. Only when you ask the AI assistant a question is the extracted text sent for that answer.
- Which files are supported?
- PDF today. Conversion from Word, images and scans is on the roadmap.
- Can I self-host it?
- Yes — it is a standard React and TypeScript codebase that can be exported to GitHub and deployed on your own infrastructure.
